The Souhegan Valley Boys and Girls Club was ready to invest in their growth.
Between 2021 and 2022, they reopened most of the programs which had been put on hold due to the pandemic. In order to regain momentum, SVBGC was seeking active strategies to draw in donors and promote the club’s service to families during the lockdown. Pearl Marketing’s prior work with their sister club, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Nashua, made us a strong candidate for partnership.
The Solution
Pearl Marketing developed a 90 day plan to get the Boys and Girls Club on track.
Working with the SVBGC administrative staff, we defined the Club’s key objectives and devised a plan that would push those goals forward. Our first order of business was locating the satellite programs associated with the club and using graphic design and content writing to draw them closer to the Boys and Girls Club brand.
The Outcome
The Souhegan Valley Boys and Girls Club is growing steadily and attracting the support of local politicians.

The Pearl/SVBGC partnership is proceeding at a steady pace as we offer additional support with their donor promotions, event marketing, and strategy consulting. In November, we helped them produce their virtual Annual Charity Night For the Kids, complete with superhero-themed branding and a social media countdown. Recently, we’ve brought back a parent connection newsletter and are currently assembling quarterly data for corporate donors.
